What Do
You Mean ‘We Come To YOU’?

We can come to YOUR location, or we can provide remote support (in a limited number of cases).  We can also pick up the equipment and take it back to our shop for servicing for no additional cost.  In some cases, such as virus cleaning, it is cheaper than charging you for the full time to be at your location.  When the work has been
completed, we will deliver it back to you.

What Is
Your Service Area?

We service Butler, Hamilton, Preble, Montgomery, Warren and Clermont Counties.  Different areas have different transportation fees, so see below.  Keep in mind, though, that even with a transportation fee, our prices beat those “brick and mortar” stores, who may charge you 2x, 3x and even 4x the amount we would!

Is There a
Minimum Charge?

There is a required charge of $35.00 for any diagnostic, whether it is via remote connection, visit, pickup or delivery.  However, this amount can usually be credited towards any repair work that may need to be done!

However, there is no minimum charge for our Re-Re-Re Program, other than the standard transportation charge.  We will pickup any old computer equipment up to what can be safely hauled away in our truck for the transportation fee only.

What Type
of Payments Do You Accept?

We take cash, check or PayPal.  We can also take cards backed by MasterCard or Visa. We also can process your invoice through PayPal so that you can pay with any methods accepted by PayPal.

Are There Any
Charges for Transportation, Pickup or Delivery?

The transportation fees are the same for onsite work or for pickup/delivery of items to be worked on in the shop.  There may be times we suggest taking items back to the shop in order to not charge you for the cost of labor unnecessarily (in other words, to save you money), and that would be considered to be the same work ticket.

Depending upon the zone your residence or business is situated, the transportation fees start at $5.  This fee does not apply if exchange of warranty items is required.

Zone 0: $5.00 transportation fee

Zone 1: $10.00 transportation fee

Zone 1 is approximated in the map below.  It basically runs south of I-480 in Cleveland, east of Lorain and Medina Counties, north of Market St in Fairlawn and I-76 in Akron, and west of Darrow Rd/SR-91.

Zone 2: $15.00 transportation fee

Anywhere in the remainder of Butler, Hamilton, Preble, Montgomery, Warren and Clermont Counties.
